It’s been a busy two months and it’s left me motivated and energised for this community! Check out a snapshot of the events here and please reach out with any ideas!
September will focus around well-being and human skills:

·??????Thursday 21st September – virtual Lessons I Learned in Law: Well-Bring as a Sustainable Self Leadership Tool for Modern Living
·??????Monday 25th September: After a successful first class in June, our In-House Community Yoga Class and Networking breakfast returns on Monday 25th September, which happens to also be National Fitness Day which is a nice coincidence!
We’ve set up a series of WhatsApp groups for the in-house community too. Channels include, ESG, legal ops, women in law and a newly created Listed Lawyers one – there are others and if you’d like to hear more then let me know and I can share more details. To date, these have been bringing me lots of joy as they’re being used as a safe place for in-house counsel to ask questions, request advice and share knowledge! ??

My friends at InterLaw Diversity Forum have an important survey live at the moment and would be great if you can spare 10 minutes to complete it here. This survey is designed to gain information about the career experiences of legal professionals and business services professionals working in the legal sector. Your responses will allow us to understand how routes into the profession, role, sector and diversity demographics affect job satisfaction, job security and experiences relating to workplace culture.
Will we ever stop talking about the right way to engage employees in the office/at home? Someone pointed me in the direction of this story on Roll on Friday and would love to hear your views! Osborne Clarke makes office attendance mandatory for bonus.
