Hello "Data" World!!

Traditionally and historically, "Hello World" is the first line printed by most programmers learning a new programing language. This is the first tiny step, ?to illustrate how the process of coding works, as well as to ensure that a language or system is operating correctly. After this first step, there are no limits!!!

I wanted to create a blog of mine, where I can share interesting insights, trends, knowledge, and anything that matters to the data community. For the last many months, I was thinking about what theme should I choose, what pattern should I follow and, I was not able to start anything. So, I thought to just start this newsletter, with no single pattern, but focusing on the lifecycle of data platforms. So here I am! with my bi-weekly newsletter, Data Tales by Ravi, and with the first article as Hello "Data" World! :)

The best way to describe the lifecycle of any data platform is to understand the phases.

1. Data Collection
2. Data Ingestion
3. Data Transformation
4. Data Storage
5. Data Presentation

I will focus on sharing meaningful knowledge of all 5 phases, in no particular order. I will also write reviews of some good books that I believe can help anyone who wants to start a journey in the data engineering field. And the most exciting part! I will publish interviews with some of the industry leaders! so stay tuned, more to come.
