Wow in a blink of an eye we are back from the summer break and picking up the pace for what is typically the busiest period of the year in the #learninganddevelopment world. We also have lots to celebrate here at Purposefully Blended.

Our CEO Lucy Philip founded the company in 2015 out of a profound sense of mission and possibility that more could be done to support #trainingmanagers to be even better at what they do and whenever she delivers our signature IMPACT?? system training or consults into organisations she strives to model what excellence looks like for this role at every opportunity. We were delighted to see this recognised in her being shortlisted for the Inspirational Trainer award in the National Facilitators Awards 2023.

These are the UK's only awards dedicated to celebrating excellence in training and facilitation and they align brilliantly with the PURPOSEFULLY BLENDED LIMITED values of ensuring that learning delivers the impact that is identified and intended, never just a tick box exercise. This particular award is about having infectious passion and leaving delegates feeling invigorated, inspired and driven for long after the training. There is phenomenal expertise in the shortlisted facilitators and Lucy is looking forward to meeting some of them in person in November.

As if this wasn't exciting enough we also discovered that Lucy Philip had been awarded a #topvoice badge by #LinkedIn for #traininganddevelopment. Top voices are LinkedIn's way of recognising users who uphold meaningful conversations, inspire innovation and elevate topics relevant to their industry. We are so proud that the work we have been doing in creating a supportive community for People Managers and Learning Partners to come together, through our #partnershippanels on #LinkedInLive and #LinkedInAudio has been noticed and recognised as adding value.
