About Me

I’m?Denise, a career coach with over 30 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, and career coaching. My passion is helping ambitious professionals, often mid-career and senior leaders, navigate career transitions, land leadership roles, or pivot into work that aligns with their values and priorities.

Having navigated my own career pivots (yes, I’ve been in retail, recruitment, and even tried my hand as an estate agent!), I know how challenging change can feel. But with the right support, clarity, and tools, it’s a journey that in my own experience has led to incredible growth and fulfilment and I have built some incredibly supportive relationships both with and without a compass!.
