Hello, 2020...

I'm already starting to reflect on the year and it isn't even February. I recently heard (probably from Oprah), that whatever follows the words "I AM _________" will find you. And that can be positive or it can be a negative consequence. So the simple gesture of saying: I am strong, I am successful, I am grateful for every experience in each moment of my life, I am a confident woman is powerful. But equally powerful is- I am tired, I am bored, I am miserable, I am annoyed, I am angry, I am surrounded by obstacles, I am overcome with challenges - have a tremendous impact on our psyche (cynical, defeatist, pessimistic etc.). So here it goes:

I am GRATEFUL

First, I am honored and excited to kick off the new decade with a newly appointed President and CEO, Kimberly Jones.

Her strong leadership and client service experience—within Butler/Till and throughout the industry—as well as her passion for fostering an energetic and collaborative environment will help us sustain remarkable growth and continue to solve our clients’ most pressing needs.

Under her leadership as the agency’s President, Butler/Till reached impressive milestones, including:

●    Placement on Inc. 5000 for seven consecutive years

●    Rapid growth to 170 employees, making us one of the largest independent media agencies in the country

●    100 percent employee-owned status and a passionate ownership culture

●    Formation of multiple disciplines, including analytics and digital channels with newly hired senior leadership

●    Longstanding client relationships and impressive new business wins

In the new year, we will continue to operate as an empowered and entrepreneurial team that delivers innovative, award-worthy work. To thrive in 2020+++ - we will stay committed to being agile in a rapidly changing industry. What does the future hold?

●    Break ground on our new headquarters in Rochester, NY and doubling the size of our presence in our NYC office to meet the growing demand in the Pharma Corridor in NJ

●    Continue to embrace technology and harness our valuable data to be be even more effective, at speed.

●    Deliver strong communications, analytics, and creative that supports new and existing clients’ most challenging business objectives

●    Attract new talent by strengthening our corporate reputation and brand to appeal to the talented people we want to work with

●    Foster collaboration with our existing talent to ensure our owners feel invested in and energized about coming to work
