Helen & Dave, Luxury Wedding, Amsterdam

Helen and Dave’s wedding was one of the warmest and most colorful summer weddings that we’ve ever organized. This lovely Irish couple, who resided in Australia while they planned their big day, chose to tie the knot in Amsterdam for a very special reason. Helen lost her mother at a young age, and as she grew up her father always told her beautiful stories of how they lived in Amsterdam during the first few years of their marriage. This time was very special to her father and Helen cherishes the stories about it.

Helen and her bridesmaids started their day at Villa Nicola, a charming canal house with a jaw droppingly gorgeous interior. Everything is beautifully furnished with an eye for detail. Dave and his groomsmen got ready at The College Hotel while having a typical Irish lunch (naturally, beer was involved). Their wedding was officiated by Daphne in the romantic Vondelkerk (church), followed by a champagne toast at the Vondelpark to celebrate this joyous occasion.

Helen and Dave wanted their wedding photos to reflect the beauty of Amsterdam. The famous canals served as the perfect setting for this. While the happy couple was making memories to last a life time, their 100+ guests, who flew in from all over the world, headed off to The College Hotel for the wedding reception, dinner and party.
