The person to give a clearer interpretation to the life and attitude of a child is always the mother and not the father. From the point of conception to the day of child birth or from the first day of the child’s life to adulthood the mother is the only person that can best describe the behavior, attitude and character of a child. The father is an alien to this concept. The same ideology flows with the making and describing of the Nigeria concept. Nigeria can only be perfectly described by Nigerians and the Nigeria problem can only be solved by Nigerians.
The theoretical perspective of solving a nation problem through democratically elected leaders to solve the problem of a country is a theory and ideology that looks strange and rather unacceptable in the African political arena and in Nigeria as a nation in the African continent. So far democracy has really worked for the developed nations of the world but it is a borrowed concept that deepens the African continent into crises, poverty, backwardness, corruption, nepotism, disunity, separation and division etc just to mention a few.
Nigeria since independence in 1960 is a nation that is actually in dear need of her own solution to her own problem. Borrowing from the woes of the SAP era (that is the era of structural adjustment program) and other international policies adopted by the country because of her membership to the global ideologies, Nigeria has a nation is a unique entity that does not need the neoliberals’ ideologies to solve her own made in Nigeria problem and challenges.

What then are the problem and challenges facing the Nigeria nation? The problem of Nigeria is not leadership. Rather I see the problem of Nigeria as the problem and challenges of bad followers. Followers without ideologies, followers without proper education and information about who they are, what they want and what should be their rights, are not good followers.
There is an urgent need for Nigeria to redefine are ideologies and come up with an hegemonic and clearly defined structures that will bring the nation together as one entity capable of standing very strong politically, economically, socially, internationally, educationally and in all other important ramifications.
As the 2023 general election knocks at the door of the Nigeria nation the whole world is now focusing on who will be the next leader of the most populous black nation of the world. As I have said earlier Nigeria is not in dear need of a leader, but rather we are in dear need of good followers as a nation state. Now is the best time for all the Nigerian elites to arise and educate the masses on who should represent them and what should be the needed criteria for us to go out and either vote the person in or vote the person out.
I see a bigger entity called Nigeria come 2023. I see a restructured and developed Nigeria come 2023. You are the one to change Nigeria by acting right and voting right. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria Amen.
