Falling tart; moody, yellow water
Boiling blue with grief, dreams don't evaporate
They deform into despair, destruct into disorder
Muddy and green streams of young men and daughters
Flowing towards brown grass, broken relationships, rocky ditches,
Family tombstones broken and walked over.

The last drop of their purple promises
In old States flooding the conduit
Sunk under years of incarcerated homelessness
