Her strategic focus on business metrics, combined with a passion for team engagement and development, has consistently resulted in the formation of high-performing sales and marketing teams.

In her most recent role as Sales Director for Pierce Washington, Heather was pivotal in scaling sales delivery in EMEA. Her approach to supporting customers across the entire lifecycle within a partner environment has been central to her success, as has her ability to work collaboratively with colleagues with a commitment to shared values.
