To all you thermo dymanic geeks out there, question

If (in a perfect world) I have a non-insulated piece of 6061 aluminum 1inch x 1inch square bar and I heat one end to 600F, what will be the temperature 1inch from the source, 2 inch from the source and so on, the moment 600F is realized at the source? Ambient temperature 70F and does the length affect the answer? Thanks guys
