Heat reflux system for Juice Filling Machine!

As you know the juice filling machines are by hot filling technology. That is, the juice liquid will be heated to an 85-90 degree when Juice filling.it is used to kill germs at high temperatures. But when the system detects the juice liquid temperature is not reached the set temperature, then the liquid would be back to the tank to heat again. Only the heating temperature is 85-90 degree then permit to juice filling again.

but suggest avoiding using the reflux because it will reduce the production capacity. And if more times to reflux, it will damage the taste of juice. so the installation and adjustment should be with experienced engineers.
