Hearts vs. Metrics: The Uncomfortable Choices Educators Face
So.......as the title express its question for all the teachers , what is the dilemma which educator faces nowadays in India and all over the world?
The thing is that if the educator thinks of making good videos for online or offline, this is the biggest worry comes to his or her mind is who will see my videos.
Now in order to solve that issue, he tries to do some marketing gimmicks into the video as well.
Now if the reviews are coming like 2 or 3 after even 7 days, 10 days. Even your channel has a lot of subscribers. It Means something is missing which is not attracting them.
Is there any solution for this situation? Many of the cases educators decide to become marketers, or they keep a marketing team.
If you are a rich educator if you are a rich education. it's possible for you to hire someone if you are not that rich, then what is the solution there? You have to do your own work. You have to know animation and all the technical part. For example this (Linkedin) Platform , facebook etc.

So at the end of the day, the teachers are getting less amount of time. But everyone has a appetite to do something more. So even after that with a very. cloaked brain and fatigued mind, it tries to sit after the end of the day to make some videos. Standardization of the videos burned down and the teacher gigabits a little bit angry. So till now we have discussed about something which no teacher is talking about.
But that is happening in all the teachers community. Unfortunately, there is no separate community where the teachers can interact with each other so the new teachers are doing it on their own. The experienced teachers cannot share their experiences with the junior teachers.
You can say that age is a difference. You are experienced enough. How can you see in that way? But again, the fatigue brain and a clock mind and this kind of situations and what others are doing will eventually force you to fall into the queue So what is the solution.
Now the solution is really, really easy or almost impossible to do. Well, let's find a way exactly in the middle of the two. My solution is preparation of a teacher's community, which I personally sponsor from my small finances as much as possible in a meeting every time online, offline doesn't matter. And that fraternity will be. encouraging other teachers to join us with many of the cases. My students have joined my institution as teachers, so they get a lot of privilege and they know the understanding how I like and how to teach. So that is easier for them And the senior teachers who doesn't know anything about the computer, they are very much here. They will also get involved.
The 2nd solution is now the teachers the students is actually for the students. You have to help your teachers in some ways to make new relatable content. So you can search, you can do, you can help. You can ask and get involved. But because every time you think that a provider you paid your course and your job is done, everything will be done by the teacher in a class is not a performer. Every time you cannot expect a good performance from him or her. So the student community also needs to come forward at. in vice versa we may also help the students or rather see open the kids of welcoming to them so that the righteousness can be achieved and the 3rd and the last conclusion to this prolonged article as well is that. we don't live for 1000 years.
At least I'm not going to live so within the upcoming three or four months time we'll need to create a common knowledge bank for the teachers community where everyone can share their thing over there. It's not a Facebook or a linked in or a interest kind of a thing here sharing of knowledge can all happen through all possible levels from minus Infinity to plus infinity. ..
