However, it’s not just about heart-shaped chocolates, flowers, and teddy bears. It’s about kindness, connection, and making a difference.??
So, this edition of Allies in Action is all about spreading good vibes, whether through charity, community initiatives, or personal passions. We’re spotlighting inspiring individuals and organizations who remind us that the best way to celebrate love is to share it.?
With a Smile Ahead?
The "With a Smile Ahead" (“С усмивка напред”) Foundation is dedicated to supporting disadvantaged children by providing the resources and environment they need to thrive. Their mission is to ensure that every child has access to a good education and the opportunity for a successful future.?
Currently, the foundation supports over 40 children in the Complex for Social Services for Children and Families (CSSS) in Roman and Veliko Tarnovo, as well as former graduates of care homes. Together with the "Program Generation" (“Програма Генерация”) Foundation, they are building the "Pristan" Center — a safe haven where young people without parental care can receive guidance, find opportunities, and, most importantly, become part of a supportive community. Empowering Youth in Karlovo?
Meet our very own Yana Tsvetkova, Head of Recruitment and future world leader, and Maria Kirova, Marketing Specialist and local ray of sunshine. These two incredible young women use their skills not only to make our company better, but to support their hometown of Karlovo.??
As part of the Municipal Advisory Council on Youth Issues’ Marketing Department, Maria and Yana help organize cultural, sports, environmental, and social initiatives. The goal is to benefit the local community as much as possible.?Both women work tirelessly to promote the council’s activities and engage young people in meaningful causes. Their efforts were recognized when their department was awarded Department of the Year on the council’s first anniversary!?

Art from the Heart?
Art has the power to express emotions, tell stories, and inspire change. For Nikol Hristeva, one of our Senior Recruitment Experts and joy personified, drawing is more than just a hobby. It’s a way to connect with herself and the world.?
She first picked up a brush at 11, encouraged by a supportive teacher and her father, who bought her first set of painting supplies. She even once dreamed of studying graphic design. However, life often takes unexpected but meaningful turns. Nikol ended up studying Linguistics and marketing and working at Expert Allies.??
We’re eternally grateful for that one small hiccup!?
Today, Nikol paints for the happiness it brings her, letting her emotions guide her creativity. She now also has another dream — to open a small gallery where she can showcase her colorful work and create a space where art is free from rules.??
"Art will always be my thing," she says. "Even if I don’t paint often, I know that the brush and canvas will always be waiting for me."?
