A Heartfelt Pause
Hello LinkedIn Family,
I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to share something personal with you all. I had taken a break from writing newsletters. Despite my passion for writing wellness content and the motivation to help even one person, I found myself running on empty.
I needed a break. Was it okay? I’m not sure, but it was definitely necessary. I just couldn’t find the energy to push forward, and writing became a struggle. Have any of you ever felt this way?
I realized I wasn't practicing what I was preaching. I often write about wellness and positivity, but I wasn’t implementing these principles in my own life. Healing isn’t a linear journey, and there’s no final destination. We keep moving forward, sometimes shedding the weight of grief, failures, and disappointments along the way.
During my break, I took the time to reflect and reconnect with what truly matters. I focused on self-care, spent quality time with loved ones, and rediscovered my passions outside of work. This pause allowed me to recharge and gain a fresh perspective on my goals and aspirations.
Work is a part of our lives, but it's not everything. I aspire to live a fulfilling, wholesome life and to be able to say that I’ve truly experienced and felt every emotion. Sometimes, stepping back and taking a break is the most courageous thing we can do for ourselves. It’s a reminder that it’s okay to pause, breathe, and reset.
Now, I’m back with a renewed sense of purpose and energy, ready to create content that not only inspires but also resonates deeply. If you ever feel your passion dwindling, take a break. Pause, recharge, and come back stronger. It's perfectly okay to prioritize your well-being.
