Dear Family,
Today, I want to share a deeply personal journey that led me to the recruitment industry and the creation of a solution that aims to change the way we connect talent with opportunity. It’s a story filled with heartbreak, determination, and ultimately, hope.
Not long ago, I was running my recruitment agency, pouring my heart and soul into matching talented candidates with amazing companies. I had lined up 50 interviews for a crucial client project, and I was filled with excitement and optimism.
I screened approx 4000 CVs, hearing their stories, and facilitating the beginnings of new careers.
But then, reality hit.
On the day of those interviews, only 7 candidates showed up. I stood there in disbelief, feeling the weight of disappointment crash over me like a tidal wave.
I lost 10 lakh worth of business in less than 1 hour.
All the hours spent sifting through thousands of resumes,
the countless conversations,
and the meticulous preparations felt like they had crumbled in an instant.
It was a deep shock—not just to my agency but to my belief in the process itself.
As the agency owner, I was responsible for multiple clients, each with their own unique needs and expectations.
The silence in the room was deafening.
The frustration was palpable.
I could see the confusion and frustration on my clients' faces, and I felt utterly powerless.
How could I explain this?
How could I reassure the candidates who had mustered the courage to apply, only to be met with such an unforgiving process?
At that moment, I wanted to give up.
The weight of the expectations felt too heavy to bear.

I began to ask why this was happening.
What was going wrong in a process that should be about connection and opportunity?
The more I explored, the more I realized
Many candidates felt overwhelmed by the hiring process. They felt like just another number in a long line of applicants, often unsure of their own fit for the roles they were applying for. The interviews themselves felt more like a test than a conversation. I realized that the traditional methods were failing both the candidates and the recruiters.
This realization sparked something within me.
I wanted to create a solution that went beyond just resumes, interviews, and offers. I envisioned a platform where recruiters could screen candidates faster and more effectively, where we could uncover not just skills, but the true work personality of each individual.
A space where candidates felt valued and understood, not just evaluated.
