Leiper’s Fork Distillery has introduced its Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon Whiskey, a 100-proof, five-year-aged bourbon made with local non-GMO grains and featuring bold cherry and plum flavors with earthy coffee, mint, and citrus notes, all while avoiding excessive woodiness or tannins.

Bardstown Bourbon Co’s High Wheat Bourbon, a six-year-old American whiskey with a mashbill of 53% corn, 39% wheat, and 8% malted barley, was launched in August and is now available in all Bardstown Bourbon Co markets across the US.
