The Heartbeat of ONELIFE Senior Living

As we look back on the history of ONELIFE Senior Living, it becomes clear that the foundation of our success lies in the people who have dedicated themselves to our mission. From our humble beginnings in 1962 to our recent merger with Ally Senior Living in 2023, each chapter of our story has been shaped by individuals who share a passion for senior care and a commitment to excellence.

Our story begins with Dr. Rollin Falk, who in 1962 built Forest Glen Senior Residence in Canyonville, Oregon, alongside his medical practice. His son, Dr. Greg Falk, continued the family legacy by investing in senior care communities across the country starting in the 1990s. Greg's son, Zack Falk, followed in their footsteps, immersing himself in every aspect of senior living, from cooking in a memory care community to understanding operations inside out.

In 2009, Zack founded ONELIFE with a vision to create a dynamic environment for staff and residents alike. He carefully selected a team that shared his values of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. One of these key team members was Dan Williams, whose passion for helping seniors led him to develop over 30 new communities and provide leadership for over 100 stabilized communities.

In 2023, ONELIFE Senior Living merged with Ally Senior Living, combining their strengths to better support the communities and teams they represented. This merger was a testament to the power of people coming together to achieve a common goal.

At ONELIFE Senior Living, we believe that having the right people in place is what makes a company thrive. Our history is a testament to the dedication and passion of our team members, past and present, who continue to shape our future. As we move forward, we remain committed to our mission of empowering lives and inspiring purpose, one moment at a time.
