Heart on a Sleeve, Not a Peg

Whether we are an employer, employee, a charity manager, a fundraiser, a volunteer, community group leader, a service user, every day when we leave our homes, we take our hearts with us.
Our hearts carry our hopes and dreams, cares and worries, and we should never be expected to hang them on a peg and forget them while we undertake the things we need to do.
No matter what our position in society, our hearts should come with us everywhere, and, we are allowed to wear them on our sleeves sometimes.
If you have the ability to share the contents of your heart with those you share your day with, that makes a huge difference, whether you share or you listen, that's part of our human social responsibility. ??
