?

We want to feel good and healthy but often don't understand how? Instead of having full knowledge, we depend on websites, and half-knowledge increases complications. Here's the time saving your heart from getting ill.? Let us find out how…

First, we understand how the heart provides oxygen to each organ in layman's terms. It needs several pipes to provide oxygen the pipes are called in medical terms arteries.

Now, the artery has a few types here we focus on the neck, hand, and lower body artery. Each one has its name we will go with their names.?

?

  • The neck artery, called the carotid artery, provides blood and oxygen to the head and brain.
  • The hand artery is called the radial artery which also provides blood, but the only difference is it is close to the skin surface which helps the doctors read the rhythmic thud of our blood flowing which we know as pulse examination.
  • The lower body artery is called the femoral artery it only passes the blood and oxygen from the hip to the knee which after gives to segregated branches of arteries.

?Let us understand why we’re focusing on this if you noticed in the image these are the major portions doctors use to unclog heart blockages. Let's just put some lite on how we can avoid invidious blockages from our hearts.

What is artery disease?

We can take it as an issue that blocks the flow between oxygen and blood. These arteries not only work as providers but take bad blood from organs and return it to the heart pump for purification too. At times your arteries could not pass deoxygenated blood which increases your chances to have issues related to arteries.

This disease develops at a slow pace. Initially, you can feel signs of uneasiness that you might ignore, and later it converts into a sudden stroke or attack. A stroke is a medical emergency that can give you permanent brain damage and muscle weakness. In severe cases, a stroke can be fatal.

This might cause a temporary shortage of blood flow to the particular organ region. Often people fail to pick signs. Not all artery diseases need surgery some can get cured by simply changing lifestyle habits. The artery may become so narrowed by cholesterol eaten that not enough blood can reach portions of your brain.?A plaque may break off and flow to smaller arteries in your brain.?The plaque fragment may get stuck in one of these smaller arteries, creating a blockage that cuts off blood supply to part of your brain. (Plaques are prone to cracking and forming irregular surfaces on the artery wall. Your body reacts as if to an injury and sends blood cells that help the clotting process to the area. The result can be a large clot that blocks or slows blood flow to the brain, causing a stroke.)

When to see a doctor ?

It is good to get diagnosed at the right time if you experience further symptoms while doing work don't hesitate to visit the doctor:

Trouble speaking/understanding - as if you are losing your motor abilities in a sudden movement.

Trouble seeing in one or both eyes?- arteries have paths segregated within left and right sides. Not being able to see could be a blockage sign better to get checked.?

Dizziness or loss of balance - Our heart is a hard-working organ sometimes it overworks which causes it beats fast we might feel it after a heavy workout but by just sitting on your comfy couch you had symptoms then it's a warning sign.

Severe headache with no known cause - This is the most common symptom people ignore .90% of the time people misunderstand it with some other disease or weakness.

Lower back pain - Frequent and sudden pains while doing daily work can be caused by artery blockage.

You might not get any of the above symptoms at the time the stroke came .that point your co-worker or your loved ones can pick signs as they might notice your changed behavior.

Bappi Lahiri a famous Indian music singer and composer got Sleep apnea you must have heard of this news. You must have understood how this illness is a dangerous disease that could stop your breathing at night and may increase your risk of stroke.

For an adult, an average resting heart rate ranges from 60 to 100 beats a minute. Now check your heart rate and place your index and third fingers on either your neck or wrist. Count the number of beats in 15 seconds and then times this number by four to calculate the beats per minute. Consistently high resting heart rate can be a sign that your heart isn’t working as efficiently as it could be. In some cases, it can even be a sign of an underlying heart condition.
