A Heart for People and A Head for Business!

What does that mean exactly?

Once again, I am inspired by the book “Change Your World” by John C. Maxwell and Rob Hoskins, where they write about people coming together in life and business to bless people!

And, you have the ability to do just that.

This is how you add value to people.

Working Together! Community Teamwork!

But you need the knowledge and ability to accomplish the task.

It starts with a Heart for People… and then you come together bringing in those with the knowledge and abilities, and you create a head for business.

You take your vision… To Change Your World for the Better… and you put systems in action to accomplish your goal.

This is where teamwork comes in.

So, what does it take to be an effective team?

Julie Lambert says, “Tolerance of each other’s weaknesses. Encouragement towards each other’s successes. Acknowledge that each of us has something to offer. Mindfulness that all of us appreciate those three qualities.”

It takes work, but we can do this together when we collaborate.

Collaboration is working together with the same goals in mind to create something… it is a powerful concept.

And it works!

It helps people, and it helps businesses.

Together we can change our world for the better.

Let’s go far!

When you work with others, you can make a real impact on your world.

We all seek connection and we were created by God for community. To learn and grow together and become better.

We can live our Best Life Now, if we have a Heart for People and a Head for business.

We not only have to have the desire, we have to have the knowledge and ability to make positive changes. Maybe we don’t have that alone… but we can have it together. 

We build off each other's strengths as we fill in for each other’s weaknesses. 

That is a true community that gets things done.

It is born from purpose and gives life meaning.

It is something larger than yourself.

It’s not just busy work, it is intentional and positive community building!

You Can make life better for people around you!

You Can make a difference in your world!

But it all starts with a Heart for People and a Head for Business.
