WATER is the HEART to the well being of the PEOPLE & PLANET.

Human body approximately contains about 70% water.

The water that flows within, perhaps supplies all the right nutrient and oxygen to the internal organs for various purpose to keep the body healthy.

Brain is of 77 % water.

Blood is of 82 % water

Bone is of 22% water

Muscle is of 75% water.

Kidney is of 83% water

Liver is of 86% water

 The vital role of Water:

  •  Drinking water on an empty stomach helps activate internal organs and it becomes   easier to absorb nutrients, which is why we feel so hungry.
  •   Warm Water helps in better digestion especially after food.
  •   Gets rid of toxins from our body and keeps the skin glow, diminishing wrinkles.
  •   It helps to avoid dehydration and keep you energetic.
  •   It increases metabolic rate and supports weight loss.
  •   Water regulates the body temperature & helps lubricate joints and organs.
  •   Helps prevent constipation
  •   Carries nutrition and oxygen to cells and also lessens the burden on the kidneys &     liver by flushing out waste.
  •   Increase the production of new blood and muscle cells.

Cold water

Helps cool down body after exercise/ workout

This constricts blood vessels , reduces hydration & absorption capability

This solidifies fats from the consumed foods, making body to work even more harder to digest

Hot water

Helps reduce fat & reducing risks of clogged arteries

Helps to flush kidneys & improvise bowel movements

 During fever the hot water helps fight viruses.

Signs of Dehydration:

Dry lips , sudden headaches , dry skin, joints problem, fatigue.

Consumption of right quantity of water:

Your weights in lbs divided by 2 = no of ounces / 8 = no of glasses to be taken in a day.
