Heart health to the max.
I have the heart on the brain for a few reasons.?? One it is heart health month and two today I decided to take the stairs and after two floors I WAS OUT OF BREATH!! I cannot believe it!? I did not realize I had become deconditioned.? I was reminded that while doing yoga and walking are awesome, I do need to do some sort of cardio to keep my heart health in its best health.
My question for you is, “When was the last time you challenged yourself and did some form of cardio (dancing, jogging, taking stairs, etc)”?
I encourage you to incorporate some form of cardio for your heart health it does not have to be a lot just 5-10 minutes or more of some sort of cardio can make a world of difference.? Cardio means movement that elevates your heart rate.? Benefits include improved circulation, immunity, brain health, mental outlook, and overall well-being.? Remember to do good for your health it does not have to be a big change.? It can mean committed to 3 min of vigorous movement.? TELL me the truth can you add 3 min of movement today before your head hits the pillow?? ARE YOU willing?
