A heart-based conversation with NYT bestselling author, Neale Donald Walsch, about God, life, and the role of spirituality in business.

Neale Donald Walsch has been exceptionally productive the past 25 years. He has written 39 books that have been translated to 37 languages, while he has also delivered hundreds of seminars and retreats, giving thousands of talks and interviews, and inspired tens of thousands of people. Seven of Neale’s books have reached the New York Times Bestseller List, one of them occupying that list for over two-and-a-half years, which is indeed highly remarkable. Especially considering where Neale was in his life just before he became so incredibly successful and impactful. Neale found himself in a car accident when he was 49 years old. Wearing a neck brace because of severe spine inquiries, he was unable to get a job no matter how hard he tried. Eventually he was evicted from his apartment and ended up on the streets for a full year. A movie has been produced about this troublesome period in Neale’s life, and it offers an amazing and rare insight into how it actually is to be homeless in the United States.

In general, the first half century of Neale’s life was full of ups and downs, unsuccessful attempts, many job changes, divorces, countless broken promises and painful experiences. It wasn’t that Neale didn’t have good intentions. He in fact tried very hard to make his life work. But he hadn’t found the key yet. Then, during the darkest period in Neale’s life, it suddenly came: the connection with his soul, the inspiration from the heart, the key to a life well lived.

December 2019 we had the honor of sitting in front of Neale for three full days. It felt like a miracle! We had signed up for the annual Holiday Retreat that Neale and his team have been putting on for the past 25 years, which for the past decade has been hosted in Medford, Oregon - close to Neale’s hometown, Ashland. The first day we arrived at the conference room very early, in an effort to get good seats. We were among the very first retreat participants to be let into the room, and we sat down in the front row, just opposite the chair that Neale would be sitting in.

It was a powerful experience. Neale’s presence was incredible, and his words were so precise and full of wisdom. On the second day we wanted to let others have the experience of such good seats, so we came just a couple of minutes before the session started. Lo and behold, our fellow participants were already seated - but had left the same two frontrow seats vacant. So we sat down on them again. The exact same thing happened on the third and final day.

The retreat ended on New Year's Eve, with a dinner that Neale and his wonderful wife Em attended. The whole experience was truly magical - and we learned so much from Neale. His kindness radiated out to the whole room, and we felt truly uplifted.

Since then we have stayed in touch with Neale, which is made possible by the fact that to this day, at 77 years old, and world famous within spiritual circles, he shows up each and every day to be an instrument of his message. He tweets, answers questions on Facebook, is available to his CwG Connect community, is still doing spiritual coaching sessions personally, and so much more.

We are immensely grateful and happy to be able to present Neale Donald Walsch to the Heartful Academy community. Neale is about the big questions in life, so this session is for you if you are if asking yourself questions such as:

  • What is the purpose of life?
  • What is the nature of reality?
  • Is there a higher intelligence in this Universe - and if yes, is there a channel of communication open to us?
  • What is death?
  • Is there good and evil, and how can we tell the difference?
  • What is the best cause of action in order to have a good life?
  • What is the role of spirituality in business?

We will also ask Neale how he himself found the key, the inspiration, the strength, to turn his life around - and within a couple of years go from being homeless to traveling the world as a celebrated New York Times bestselling author.

During the course of his life, Neale has worked in many companies, in various roles. And over the past 25 years he has inspired thousands of business leaders. What does Neale see as the way to success when running a business and an organization? Is a spiritual lifestyle compatible with the fast-paced world of money, disruption and competition? Does spirituality have a role to play in the world of business?

Sign up for this 1-hour interactive exploration on Zoom—and get the opportunity to ask Neale Donald Walsch your questions. We will keep it to a relatively small group, so grab your (free) ticket quickly.

Heartfully,

Martin & Cosmina
