HEARING TONES AND SOUNDS; KEYS TO VISUALIZATION

HEARING TONES AND SOUNDS; KEYS TO VISUALIZATION

Hearing Tones & Sounds; The Key To Visualization?  by World Renowned Clairvoyant Psychic Medium Dr. Rose Ann Schwab, PhD

As we return to higher frequency awareness we will hear different tones - sometimes sounding like whistling or ringing noises (not to be mistaken for sinus problems or inner ear problems).

Hearing tones can be accompanied by pressure behind one or both ears. You feel as if you are 'tuning in' to something with a head set of some kind.

Creation = harmonics combined with Light, Color and Sounds spiraling into conscious awareness.

Harmonics follow specific patterns based on sacred geometry and in connection to things we have learned and things we are about to learn.

"First there was the Word"

These tones are like wake-up tones - bells and whistles that go off in our minds that signal us to remember something - why we are here - who we are as soul sparks having a physical experience. Once we connect we remember this experience in our very soul.

The cellular changes now occurring in our bodies move us to higher frequencies thereby enabling us to hear tones and sense thing around us on different levels of awareness.

The onset of these tones may be frequency or just occur once. The sensing strengthens through our own trusting. They are physical in nature and occur when you least expect to hear them, sense them or feel them. You cannot concentrate and wait for them to happen. As with all important changes in our 3D world - the soul guides these things as our physical experience is ready. When we allow it to happen it is an amazing experience.

Everyday more and more people hear tones, feel or sense things that they never took the time for before. You will too - if you haven't already!

You may equate the tones with numbers, colors, a time, place, or other trigger. Watch for the synchronicities after you hear the tones.

There are people who hear conversations between grids programs/realities. This is not to be confused with those who suffer from mental illnesses. This is an actual process of development to the higher levels and planes in your advancement.

Communication between species varies.

Conversation can be in a foreign language - or tones in a series of patterns - such as trilling - or crystal harmonics. There may be other forms such as telepathy, where the individual shares information with you without talking, or through the physical plane of showing you something. For example the individual may point to something or have his or her hands out with the object near by or in a scene, or object they are trying to communicate to you that is important to them.

In these cases you are most likely connecting with another aspect of yourself or in seeing them they may be a form of you or someone you know, in order to get the information or point to you. In some cases, they will be a stranger to you, but when you see them you feel peace, harmony,  oneness or all of them at once.

Try to communicate telepathically.

Visualization ?

You can significantly reduce stress with your imagination, which is a powerful tool. The practice of using visualization was used by Coue, Carl Jung, Stephanie Matthews and Carol Somonton to name a few who believed that visualization helped individuals as well as patients when combined with medical treatment aided in their recovery.

Visualizing is effective in treating many stress-related and physical illnesses, including headaches, muscle spasms, chronic pain and general or situation- specific anxiety. Visualization mastery can be used to help in symptom relief. In these situations, the symptom relief can be immediately or take several weeks of practice.

Even though this article includes healing treatments visualization is used by each and everyone of us in everyday life and in our professional lives whether we are aware of it or not. It is used in our work, our relationships, driving, and many, many other activities we take for granted. It is important not to think of it as just a possible healing tool, but a tool for advancement in our  personal lives and careers. Once we accept these abilities, exercise and use them it is no telling how far it can take us in life or in our success to manifest abundance in our life.

There are four kinds of visualization.

  1. Receptive visualization. In this you relax, empty your mind, sketch a vague scene, ask a question and wait for a response.
  2. Programmed visualization. Create an image, replete with sight, taste, sound and smell. Imagine a goal that you want to attain or a healing that you want to accelerate.
  3. Guided visualization. Again visualize your scene in detail, but omit crucial elements. Then wait for your subconscious or your inner guide to supply the missing pieces in your puzzle.
  4. Sit or lie quietly relaxing. Close your eyes. As you relax take deep long breaths in and out. Concentrate on the rise and fall of your chest. Then slowly take your mind off of the deep breathing and allow your senses to pick up all the sounds and things going on around you that you can hear and feel. As you do this allow your senses to take over. This is a process and technique to sharpen the use of your senses. Use this technique inside and outside. Each time you use it your senses with your eyes closed sharpen and take you to a different level that draws out your senses and awareness. Just setting their quietly and allowing the flow of visions coming into your mind is the start. Allow the vision to take you along. The vision is actually being given to you. It is important to keep your mind free from all distractions or thoughts of the day, in order to allow the actual insights and visions to come forth from a different level. Once you do this you feel you are in a different plane or level. When you come back you feel more at peace, but it takes a moment to regain your minds balance back into the reality around you.

For Effective Visualization

  1. Loosen your clothing, lie down in a quiet place and close your eyes softly.
  2. Scan your body, seeking tension in specific muscles. Relax those muscles as much as you can. Long deep breaths in and out is also a technique that I personally use.
  3. Form mental sense impressions. Involve all your senses: sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste. For instance, imagine the sights of a green forest with the trees, blue sky, white clouds, and pine needles underfoot. Then add the sounds, wind in the trees, and water running such as creek water over stones, bird sounds, and so on. Include the feelings of the ground under your shoes, grass under your bare feet, and the smell of pine, the taste of chewing a grass stem or the taste of fresh mountain spring water from a stream.
  4. Use positive affirmations. Repeat, keep them short, and use with your deep breathing.
