Meet Our Keynote Speaker

Eduardo Villavicencio

Eduardo Villavicencio will kick off the evening with a powerful keynote, “Inherited Conversations: Turning Burdens into Opportunities.” He’ll explore the beliefs and narratives we carry from family, culture, or society and how, while often filled with wisdom, these can sometimes limit us. Eduardo will help us learn how to recognize these inherited conversations, reframe them, and turn them into sources of strength and empowerment.

Key Takeaways:

  • Awareness: Identify limiting beliefs that may hinder personal growth.
  • Analysis: Reflect on the impact these beliefs have on life choices.
  • Agency: Discover ways to reinterpret these burdens as opportunities.

As a first-generation U.S.-born son of Ecuadorian immigrants and the first in his family to attend college, Eduardo’s journey is one of breaking barriers. After studying economics at Harvard, he started his career as a high school teacher before moving into technology consulting and change management with companies like KPMG, Grant Thornton, and Salesforce.
