John Ryan - CEO of Healthy Place To Work?

Introducing the 'Make Work Healthy' Series

Make Work Healthy - Create a Sustainable Organisation with High-Performing Employees

'Make Work Healthy' is a new why-to/how-to series that charts the course for leaders who want to create a resilient, sustainable, and high performing workplaces that will attract and engage workers.

In this new series, we will share our views on the future of work and the workplace as we believe that the key to success is an absolute obsession with workforce health, moving organisations away form tactical, ad-hoc, event-based HR-led well-being programmes to a more strategic approach that is data-driven, evidence-based and C-Suite led.

The new series builds on our inspirational book, Make Work Healthy and in the series, we will offer many examples of workplace practices to deliver proven steps to success. In Episode 1, celebrated author and CEO of Healthy Place To Work John Ryan will discuss A New Perspective on Sustainable High Performance, the role of the leader, how they need to be role models and convince the organisations that they truly care about their health and wellbeing and why most organisations are getting it wrong, focusing on the wrong things, taking a generic approach, which results in wasting time, energy, money and precious organisational resources.

We would be delighted if you would like to join John on Friday, 1st March 2024 between 12:30 - 13:15. Follow this link to secure your place now!
