Healthy Office Behavior = Opulent Life

1) Establish Boundaries
Recognize who you are today.
Bad Night Sleep = Higher Irritability
Unhealthy Diet = Sluggishness
Colossal Hang Over = All The Above
Negative outcomes are preventable when we set boundaries. When we worry less about ourselves, our interpretation of others becomes more clear. Boundaries are important because productive interactions are the byproduct of knowing the emotional state of others.
Establishing a boundary could mean vocalizing your personal project capacity.
2) Master Your Tone
Words are interpreted by HOW we say them.
Strive to be mentally collected before work because scientists say our verbal tones are directly correlated to our current mental state. (We need science to know this?) Mastering your tone is useful because your personal climate will be seen as warmth and sunshine; not cloudy darkness.
Important - Because all office occupants are affected by our climates! (This is a practice I struggle with, it’s tough!)
3) Create Human Equity
Creating human equity means possessing an attitude of service. Holding ourselves accountable for the things we say is a great start too.
