Healthy mix of vegetables

1. In a pan tost up chopped up 1 piece of old bread and 5/6 hazelnuts with a teaspoon of olive oil and selected @adorable3011 salts - for me it was wild garlic (medvje?i luk).
2. In the same pan fry off 5/6 chopped cherry tomatoes and 2 pieces of pancetta. Add to taste: pepper, chilly or maybe even a bit of curry.
3. Add blanched zoodles (zucchini and carrots) and a full tablespoon of pesto of your choice - I added simple basil, olive oil, garlic, parmesan and again aDORAble salt :)
4. Add a bit of liquid - blanching water or stock - just to connect everything!
5. Serve up with toasted bread and hazelnuts on top!
