HEALTHY HABITS (PART ONE)

Many of us don't take care of the little things that matter most concerning our health being or state. Things we do every day; in one way affect our health.

In a lot of Africans, specifically the part of the world where I hale from regardless, 58% repeat unhealthy habits everyday unknown to them which may lead to a cause of a particular disease such as; diarrhea or runny stomach as the case may be, respiratory tract diseases or infections e.t.c.

HEALTHY HABITS is an act of being conscious of what we do every day practicing good hygiene. For instance, most of us forget to rinse our plates or cutlery that has been washed over time to serve fresh meals which dust and bacteria have acted upon in turn reacting to our well-being...oo0ps!

Most of us don't realize that some of these bad habits are very unhealthy to our state of health such as;

  • Picking fingers with our teeth
  • Eating unwashed fruits
  • Taking too much alcohol
  • Putting on dirty clothes or under-wears
  • Smoking cigarettes otherwise,
  • Not taking a lot of water during the essential day
  • Picking of nose with a dirty finger
  • Coughing, sneezing and spitting in public places e.t.c

REGULATIONS

The most exciting part is that habits can be adjusted or corrected if we are conscious to set it right by taking note of every little act in practicing good hygiene or health habits.
