HEALTHY HABITS TO LEAD AN ABUNDANT LIFE AND CONTROL HOW YOU DEAL WITH WORK

Despite the fact that success and money are almost universal ambitions, a lot of people fail to obtain these. Success and wealth are vital, but your top priority should be adding value to the world. When you are able to lead your life knowing that you’ve made a difference, you can truly become satisfied with your work.

The most significant business innovators didn’t change the world for the sake of glory or financial gain, they took action because they desired change. They imagined a different future and made it come true. Focusing on the positives in your life rather than what has been taken away or what is lacking will help you live an abundant life.

THREE PILLARS TO ABUNDANT LIVING

Living abundantly does not necessarily entail having a lot of stuff. Material things are transient; they exist now but will eventually disappear tomorrow. According to Ben Humble (2021), the three pillars that make up the foundation of an abundant life are the following:

  1. Information (Do)?– this means that you must act for yourself and around others as if you are already living an abundant life.
  2. Emotion (Feel)?– this refers to how you will gain abundance in your everyday life by attracting it through your emotional well-being and dedication to live a fuller life.
  3. Intention (Think)?– this is how you are going to maintain the abundance that you have now and ensure that it doesn’t become affected by external factors in the world (i.e. money, influence).

True abundant living does not come from wanting for or pursuing what the world tells us we need, but rather from happiness and gratitude for what we already have. These three pillars are not merely objectives that you have to check off your list in order to gain abundance in your life. Instead of focusing too much on each pillar, consider your life scenario’s motivation instead and make an effort to improve it.?
