Recently, I watched Delhi Crime Season 2 - an amazing series to watch!!
There are multiple characters which played a vital role in finding the suspect however, my focus went on only two characters - Vartika and Neeti. When I saw Vartika playing the role of a DCP, I found her very focused and determined towards her work and Neeti being ACP she had also zeal to resolve the case. The only difference between their working pattern was - Partner's support.
If Neeti's partner had understood her work/case situation properly, she would definitely be more centered and two main victims would not have escaped from her custody.
The partner's difference forced me to re-think. Forced me to examine my surroundings, pay attention to people's reaction towards me, notice with whom I am interacting, and understand the impact of people and environment on me.
Having said that, I cannot ignore the truth that our mood, our behavior, our vision, our opinion, our life all depends only on our thought process, if we have positive aspects towards life, it takes a positive direction and if we have negative, life automatically takes reverse gear.
Still, if the environment and people contribute only 5% on my way to achieve positive mental health I would never compromise towards the same and even reinforce everyone to take care of your thoughts and also your ambience.
It is easy to be positive but it is difficult to spread positivity - let's try our best to support each other in this mental war and make an optimistic difference in someone's life.
