MINDSET TIP

Use exercise to improve your mood and mental health


It's been a tough few years!


Really tough!


Covid, war, cost of living crisis etc...


It's no wonder mental health has been a real talking point in recent years.?


There are more and more reports of people taking their own lives.?


It seems more common these days for someone to be absent from work as a result of stress and anxiety rather than a physical illness.?


It can be really tough being a man at times.?


And a woman of course, but I can only speak as a man.?


When you've got kids, a business and all this responsibility and duty to provide...


There's a lot of pressure on our shoulders.?


You can feel trapped and helpless with everything that's going on around us...


Most of which is out of our control.?


The only thing you can control is working on yourself so you are better equipped to deal with life's challenges.?


This is why we train!


It used to be all about physical health, losing weight and getting fit for sports.?


And it still is of course, but now it's just as important that we train for life and our mental health.?


And there is no better anti-depressant than exercise.?


The body and mind are linked.?


And you can prove this... Just jump around for 60 seconds. It's impossible for you not to improve your mood and feel happier.?
