Healthy Blue and Youth In Need pioneer new pathways to housing stability: Innovation In Philanthropy Winner

More than seventy teens and young adults transitioning out of foster care, residential programs and homelessness in the St. Louis area have found stable housing through an innovative partnership that helps at-risk youth connect with landlords and kickstart the rental process.
