My Mondays are always SO busy and I don't know if that is just a mindset all of the time or if it just feels like I have so many creative juices flowing that I can't keep up with myself.
Normally on the weekends I unplug, so that makes sense.?Unplugging is HAAAARD for me, I truly LOVE to work and I could get lost in all the things that I love to do and want to do in my business.
That said its like this creative bubble burst on Mondays - WHAT TO DO FIRST!!?(tee hee in a maniacal laugh)
So as a result you might be seeing our weekly Monday Mindset message a little bit later in the day, I have re-arranged my time blocker so that I get my biggest priorities done first before getting lost in social media and other fun stuff like bringing you my weekly news!
How was YOUR weekend?
Lookie what we did!!
Its been on my vision board since we moved up here to our forever home.
We had this fun hobby before we had kids and needless to say it was MANY years before we were able to invest the time and money and get back to it.
I just upgraded my sled this week so we went out for our maiden voyage on Sunday not too far away in Bartlett, NH.?It was a beautiful afternoon and the views were so good, perfect for just a couple of hours.
I love it here and I still can't believe that this is where we live.
Are you on the path to making your vision board a reality?
A negative event can certainly strain how we see our relationship with God, but sometimes it’s the everyday letdowns that most distract us. If you face a letdown this week, here’s a reminder to not allow yourself to spiral into shame. You are okay. In fact, you are present with God! Always connected, always on the right side of things with Him as your biggest cheerleader. ??
Remember that there’s nothing wrong with struggling to stay focused after a letdown—we all go through days, weeks, or seasons where connecting feels a little harder. Instead of concentrating on our frustrations and failures, we can choose instead to nurture gratitude in our hearts and be watchful for the many opportunities our loving Father provides for us to practice knowing Him better.
?This Month’s Prayer: God, I know you are with me through the highs and the lows. Give me opportunities to see you through all things.
This Month’s Scripture: “Like a shepherd He will tend His flock, in His arms He will gather the lambs and carry them in the fold of His robe; He will gently lead the nursing ewes.” (Isaiah 40:11 NIV)
Happy (officially) February! ?? I hope you had an amazing kickoff to this month, but I wanted to spend time on this first official Monday of February talking about LOVE.???

You know what feels even more amazing than starting a journey to better health? Taking others along with you! ?? How you act around others is contagious. Whether it’s your friends or family, you probably have more influence on them than you realize. That includes how you talk about your body. If you don’t have a positive view of yourself, you will 1) create a more negative image of yourself to others and 2) create a more negative image of others of themselves. ??
Both negativity and positivity are contagious. What do you want to spread about yourself and others? You can help create body positivity in others, but it starts with yourself. Love where you are at in the journey while also loving where you are headed. ?? And then bring others along! Try these tips for adding positivity to your own day today.
??Compliment others, on both their physical and character attributes?
??Don’t engage in negative body talk or body shaming?
??Share what you are proud of / love about yourself to encourage others to do the same
??Change the narrative for others by steering their negative talk to positivity?
??Be grateful for your own ‘negative’ features like stretch marks or ‘mummy tummy’
