Speaking at the Black Tie event David focused his keynote on building innovative growth through technology. He engaged the entire audience in a dialogue that challenged them to think about the role of innovation?and how the decisions that they make have an impact on everything that they do and how they can motivate, inspire and engage their team to build a discretionary effort.
In this session David proved that teams that think differently can can truly disrupt the sector through technology, through innovation and through a re-imagination of what's possible.
In what was an incredibly interactive exchange, David spent much of his time off the stage and in the audience, interacting the crowd and ensuring that everyone present was engaged, inspired and left with insights they could take back to the office to help them innovate, ideate and motivate.
David said: “With so many leading businesses and individuals from the health sector in attendance this event was a real pleasure to speak at. I passionately believe that what separates great organisations from the merely good organisations is discretionary effort, that is, whether a person or a team or a department chooses to do the 1%, 3% or ?5% extra that helps move the needle on the results and on their performance.
