Healthier mindset and habits with the Global Challenge
On September 4t this year I embarked on the health and wellbeing program called the Global Challenge
In those 100 days I have lost few Kgs through fun physical activities with my colleagues, but just as important as what I lost, is what I gained! I have gained confidence, energy, strength, purpose, balance, focus and a belief that I can accomplish anything.
