5 年Thank you Michelle and Joe. A great article.? You clearly set out how digital is swarming healthcare but one crucial thing is how healthcare providers set strategies in the context of this tsunami given (as you rightly point out) the workforce dynamics and increased 'self-service' healthcare.? We have observed that digital is confusing and intimidating for too many healthcare teams. When bombarded by the shiny stuff they become distracted from what is really important...the value proposition of their business to the people they serve, their customers, patients, carers and families. Our advice to healthcare leaders is to step back from the shiny tech and bring your attention to who you are as a business and what value are you offering. See the tech as merely an enabler for you to meet customers’ and/or patients’ needs better.? Some brave new strategy stuff that we have articulated (particularly for the private healthcare sector) might be a helpful start https://www.saffronsteer.com/thinking-differently-about-people-about-what-they-really-want-and-about-growth/ Michael? ? ? ?
