Health is Wealth
This is a very good topic to put some points on, and I thought to share my personal experience as well. I have had more than couple of life altering health issues, and both of them are related to how I used to work.
I am and will be a workaholic person in some way or other, however, the problem started when I begin taking stress of both work n life. Stressful situations can occur to almost everyone, however, how do we react to it is the mantra for less-stressful life. This was what I was missing. I am not very sure if I have learnt it now or not, but I am happy to say that times to try new things to manage it have exponentially increased.
I also have started sometime on Novels, which is giving a different perspective, but still, I am sure long way to go. Physical activities are one thing i am missing, and I am sure I will start on this in post my current break, which I am using to sort out few things @ home n inner me which is going for kind of toss this time.
If I talk out what Novels that have impressed me till date, list is handful but good that it has started.
Atomic Habits is one of Novels which I seriously feel like that can help me long term, but my current issues keep diminishing the plans I want to follow. Hopefully, someday, I will be able to make full use of this book.
