'You can eat what you want but you cannot think what you want'
In the focus on staying healthy and creating wealth, it is often banded around that to achieve our health goals we need to engage our willpower to push over the line when the going gets tough. This is not a complete truth in my mind.

Having had my fair share of dieting and the usual being overweight unfit starts as diet stopping the diet putting on more weight and then starting the process a year later Live diet Repeat was born.
In our falling off the wagon, advice comes in various forms but one of the most common is that falling off the diet wagon was due to lack of willpower.
The truth contained is we do need willpower but we use it in the wrong place.
the will is one of the higher faculties and is given to us to use to implement resolve and change in our lives. so often it is used to resist what we don't want to do.
How does that look practically, we use our will to resist bad food types or to consume only the right amount of calories.
This is not how we should use our willpower. We use our will to focus on our output, our goals, and our dreams.
When we focus on being aware of what our dream is everything becomes easier.
Of course, most people do not understand that 96%-97% of the results we see in the physical dimension (in this case our weight) originate in our subconscious mind, no amount of resisting certain food types or adhering to diet plans will work unless we address the core program.
When we rewire the subconscious everything becomes clear.
The reality is you can eat what you want, as long as you are programming the subconscious mind the weight simply drops off.
I know I have done this I lost 4 stone in a 12-week period using these methods.
We are never able to deal with the results we see in the results realm. So cutting calories or the like is in the results realm it won't work. Don't believe me?
Just look at the statistics, most people give up on diets, put more weight on, and start the process again. They do have willpower they are simply using it in the wrong way. It is wrong to say they simply have no willpower.
It works in every area of our lives, we have a bag of tools that can change our lives our businesses our health, and our relationships but we are genuinely not using them how they were designed to be used, willpower being a classic example.
We rarely understand the power of feelings, they are a tool based in intuition, but if you don't understand how to use your intuition then you are minus a powerful design tool that can help you change any area in your life.
