The value of good health is one of the most unappreciated assets of life--most of us really don't value it until the good health we have is taken away, or we get a health scare that shows us how valuable being healthy is.

Even something as little as a sore back or an extended visit from the flu can remind of us, momentarily, of how lucky we are to have our health. But once we feel better, many of us fall back into unhealthy habits which one day may lead to a health event where we are unable to recover quickly.

Your body is the only body you get and it would be wise to take care of it as best you can to avoid any self-inflicted damage that could take away your health early.
