Biscuits market is growing at a 12%+ year on year, growth coming from both the rural sector and the premium end cookies.
Varun Berry stated 3 years back in a press conference that ~35% of the total sales will come from rural areas in the next few years.
Mondelez is expanding into biscuits ?? (in the papers few months ago). Will all of these be healthy? ha! no!
We indians like yummy stuff ?? -- and a Marie biscuit which is more than 70% maida is considered perfectly healthy!

Else you should be happy with 100-200cr business at best.
