  • Data is central to everything. You need it to identify the drivers of poor employee well-being within the organisation and to present the potential commercial impact of inaction.
  • Do not underestimate the power of using the right data to make small, practical changes in many places. Work with employees to design and implement these changes and the effects will be both long lasting and compounding with respect to a healthier, more productive workplace.
