We are what we consume, aren't we? ??
I bet that if you compare someone who never eats sugar and someone who eats French fries you'll be correct most of the times. ??
It's not necessarily because a particular food makes you look in a particular way, but as in the previous example, you can imagine that the person not eating sugar is more health-conscious than the person eating French fries. ??
And what does that mean? It simply means that eventually, you'll see the difference between someone eating healthy and someone who isn't eating that healthy. ????
And it's not even about weight. ??
Did you ever get a "carb crash"? You know, that feeling when you just ate something carb-heavy and then you feel like there's nothing else you can do besides doing nothing or actually sleeping. ??
Try to do that eating avocado's. ??
Not going to happen. ??
The problem isn't that most people don't eat healthy. Everyone does it at times, consciously or unconsciously. ??
But once you find out how you can feel (and how you can look) by adopting new healthy habits, that's when you get addicted to that feeling. ??
We all enjoy progress, but if we put the wrong fuel in our body, it's not going to progress but rather decay. ??
Our body isn't getting any younger, but by exercising and eating healthy we can improve not only our physical fitness and vitality, but also our general mood and energy. ?
Try to go to the gym a few times a week and notice how that unhealthy food won't seem that appealing anymore. ??
Never liked broccoli? Try reading about its benefits, how your favorite celebrities are eating broccoli and looking how you may want to look like, and then notice how it magically becomes tastier. ??
This may seem geared toward vanity, but it's not. Why do rich people get richer, poor people poorer, depressed people more depressed, and unhealthy people even more unhealthy. ??
It's like a snowball. Add some heat to it while it's rolling and you'll disturb its growth. Do that often enough and your snowball will be much smaller than how big mother nature planned to make it. ??
Want to have a nice, big and perfectly round snowball? Take care of it.?
