The COID ACT and Return of Earnings (ROE) season that have been published.

Government Gazette 48065 Notice 1616 of 2023?under the Compensation for Injuries and Disease Act ( 130 of 1993 ) the director General issued the period of Submission from the?1st of April?to the?31st of May?and that a 10% penalty on late submissions will be charged. He also Reminds us that the onus lies with the employer to update correct information on the system, Such as a business that ceases to exists or physical address changes or the business email address changes.

Government Gazette 48065 Notice 1617 of 2023 ROE Maximum?Earnings?issues the thresholds for the Maximum earnings for the period 1 March 2022 to 28 February 2023.
