Hi Everyone,

Health & Wellness is top of mind to most of us after surviving 2020 and now looking forward to an improvement in 2021. To keep up with our careers' demands, we should remind ourselves to find time to tend to our health continually.

I want to invite you to join me at the Brightside Health Reset Virtual Conference on ZOOM Feb 25 at 10 am EST, or On-Demand Feb 26, 27, 2021. It is a FREE event and will feature lots of great topics and discussions.

I will be speaking and sharing my journey from a near-death experience to a life I never imagined possible - Life 2.0. Life 2.0 aims to save and extend others' lives through cardiac disease awareness while providing a new perspective on life and a deeper appreciation of the little things that can profoundly change the course of one's life. It happened to me. Anyone you know that is, or has been, affected by cardiac disease would enjoy this session.
