Health is Real Wealth

Many people strongly believes in the Quote, “Health is Wealth” but few are serious about it.

To Keep the body in good health is a duty, Otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.

By keeping our daily work life routine and today's style into our consideration, we should spare/dedicate at least one hour everyday for our physical activity to keep our health in active state, to keep our body in right shape & mind at peace. Exercise is not less than a stress buster.

Being a people person (HR), I understand, everyone are not so independent, they have other responsibilities as well & that is on their top priority. So, they prefer to avoid or choose to avoid to give time to their own-self, Which is dangerous.

I introduced, “Computer & Desk Stretches” for all the staffs in company, Where they have to take 5- 10 min everyday, & do some exercise while working. They can take a print & put it in front of their desk to devote few minutes towards health by doing it. There is Yoga session for other people, who work hard on machines in production department. These small steps make a difference in everyone's life.

Someone rightly said,

"The body is your temple. Keep it pure and clean for the soul to reside in. Take care of your body"

Feeding your body at right food at right time & in right proportion also plays a vital role. Eating right in small quantity rather than eating junk food in bulk quantity matters a lot. Being in India & Indian, we are fortunate enough to have amazing spices in our kitchen which we can use as remedy for many health issues. Spices are natural treasure for our health but lack of knowledge stops us.

we all should spend time to feel our self, know our body needs & educate yourself to take care of our physical & mental health. Read books, Consult Nutritionist or Dietitian. It's completely OK to take care of yourself in early stage & spend for it.

Below are the few steps for good health, peaceful mind & happiness.

  1. Healthy Meal
  2. Exercise
  3. Proper Sleep
  4. Positive thinking

Last but not the least, Thinking rights also matters. It all about hope & healing. If you think positive, Believe me, It is not less than a magic. Positive thinking makes a person to feel good about themselves, life, circumstances etc. Feeling good, regular exercise & eating better is the only secret for a healthy living.

Meditate, Calm down, Smile, Laugh. Don't think much, Overthinking can push your towards depression. Lighten your body, soul & life. It's all about Nutrition we take, exercise/physical activity & mindset.

So, start to take your health seriously. Precaution is always better than Cure. Be proactive for your health as well not only at work place. We all work to bring food at our table for our living. Then why not a healthy living. Life is a gift gifted by Almighty, make it beautiful by serving it right.

Make this your "Ikigai" for your lifetime/ coming years in this year 2020.

It's never too late to start a good move, to take a decision for your betterment. Cheers to year 2020, All the best.
