• To be open and transparent about policies, practices, changes in the insurance company or policies which happen to their provider.
• To be able to provide information on medical services and facilities available to my clients in their residential area, should this be possible.
• To only recommend a policy from a provider which I myself would trust and recommend to one of my own loved ones.
• To explain the complexities of the policy and the way a health insurance company operates.
• To explain why I will not recommend a particular company or group of insurance providers.
• To offer a range of alternatives and to deliver a high quality of customer services.
