A Health Focus to Keep Top of Mind..

Welcome to another weekly newsletter.

This one's a mixture of personal and professional.

The reason being, I was prompted to reflect on this after watching one of my client testimonials the other day.

Truth be told I was kicking myself for forgetting it, so am posting this in the hope that I remember it more myself as it's so important.

Now I'm sure you're as keen to read it as I am sharing..

But before I jump in, in case you've not had access to it before..

Okay, so that established.

You might have noticed he went on to take what he learned and achieved with me, into other areas of his life and lifestyle, beyond weight loss.

Yes he wanted..

To be a better role model for his children

To lose weight and prevent any long-term health problems

To avoid repeating the steps his father took as he reached later life

But what stook out was this quote, which is also wrote on my garage wall which I read every day too..

And Here We Are.

(But don't worry, this edition is only brief)

Exercise:

During the course of your day..

Consider if your standards and values are in congruence or not, and how you act, look and feel about yourself.

Why?

It's easy to focus on building a business, buying a fast car, and having a big house, and?looking after a happy family.

But what about you, and your health?

Do you like what you see, how you act and the results you are getting?

Are you putting your health first, in the way you'd encourage someone else you cared about to do?

Remember..

"How you do anything is how you do everything"

Which means, if not, then you won't be experiencing the best situation available to you, missing out on untold opportunities that would be otherwise develop and come your way.

The fix?

  1. Prioritize your own physical and mental health
  2. Developed a system to unlock your physique. lifestyle and mindset goals
  3. Be willing to ask for help and invest in your own physical, personal and professional progression.

Why?

Simple.

In business it's very fashionable to invest in your teams and buy the latest widget, gadget, initiative and training programs.

(I should know, I'm rolling out health and wellbeing programs to businesses and there are so far a very easy sell)

However if you, as a business leader, are NOT investing in your own health, lifestyle, mindset and well-being.

Then you're missing out on the chance to lead more authentically, passionately positively and selflessly.

It's easy to? say you're too busy. We're all busy.

I've spoke to business owners everyone multiple billion pound organizations.

In fact, scratch that, I've coached him for years.

And using the system I've developed, they've achieved outsized returns on their investment working with me, with minimal effort, and zero stress.

And if I can coach them, I can certainly coach you.

Ready when you are.

PS Remember the heroes write the history books.

Whether we like it or not..

We have an obligation to put ourselves first, in other to lead and look after those around us, personally and professionally, known and unknown.
