Training with weights and creating a lifestyle that is about aging well and strong is not just for the moment. It for the next 12 months, three years, five years, 10 years if we are blessed with those numbers. As a personal trainer and someone that loves training and building my body I realized that this is not a short term event. This is about a bigger game, it takes a while to master, sometimes we never master it. That is why the work is never done. For me it's about creating a community that is about the health and fitness lifestyle. Having my mastermind community keeps me from falling off track.
