Health & Digital and Good to read 01/2020
Happy new year to all of you - It was a longer break than anticipated originally: I’ve asked myself how much of help these reading recommendations are – then I stumbled upon two things. Number 1 was, that some of you pinged me and asked where and when I would publish some new recommendations – I was not prepared for the fact, that some of you may have been waiting for this. Number 2 was the headline of CNBC “Confusion and hype over ‘digital health’ overshadows J.P. Morgan health conference”: for me that means, we still can do better to create a better understanding of the digital space in healthcare – in both areas “Digital Health and “Digital Customer Experience”. So what we can do better is to read, to listen and learn and then start to experiment, test and innovate in the interest of patients.
In 2017 Deloitte’ published their healthcare predictions for 2022 – it is definitely interesting to look back at these predictions – are they outdated, have they come to life? I would love to hear your thoughts.
To share some inspiration with you, here are some recommendations that show you trends, opportunities to learn as well as a reflection of the current as-is-situation.
Happy reading!

4 年Hi J?rg, thanks for sharing!! Regarding Deloitte's predictions for 2022 I think that all are quite current. The two of them, that in my opinion have come to life (even at an early stage) are: the culture transformation among pharma driven by digital technologies and the topics around real world data, real world evidence in combination with AI.
